This 4.2 litre Single Spark replacement cylinder head is perfect for any one looking to upgrade their XK Jaguar engine by 100 hp without removing the engine.  If your engine’s bottom end is in good shape, this head is designed to replace the original Jaguar head without further modification.

With stock 9:1 Jaguar pistons, (which only made 8.7:1 compression with the original head), you will get a 10:1 compression ratio. Your intake valve diameter will go from 1.875” to 1.950" and your intake cam lift will go from .375” to .421” (w Mild Performance cams or .466” w Street Performance cams) . It's a great choice for anyone looking to get more power and better drivability from their stock XK engine with a smooth idle and great bottom end torque!

You can choose between Mild Performance and Street Performance cams. Mild Performance cams will create sufficient vacuum for the SU HD8 carbs. Street Performance cams prefer Weber carbs or are best for EFI!

• A fully assembled 4.2 liter E-Torque Cylinder Head machined for single spark plug use with shimmed buckets ready to install.

• A Plug Wire Conduit & hardware to install it to organize the spark plug wires along the cylinder head

• A Head Change Gasket Set including Cometic® Head, Cam Cover, Inlet & Exhaust gaskets
