5-Speed Gearboxes for E-type, XK Cars & MkII

E-Torque is the US distributor for the Guy Broad 5-Speed gearboxes made in the UK. These units are extremely popular and have been used in classic Jaguars for the past 15 years. They are strong and reliable units and fit the small tunnel of the E-type without any sheet metal modifications. They bolt to the original Jaguar bell housing and when installed the gearshift is exactly in the same place as it was with the original gearbox. E-Torque stocks these gearboxes - although COVID has put us in a back order situation until the factory gets caught up.

Roller Release Bearing, HP Clutch, Crank Trigger Flywheel & Sensor Bracket

E-Torque has developed a custom roller clutch bearing to replace the original graphite bearing. We are a dealer for ACT clutches and we manufacture our own flywheels that can take the stock clutch or the ACT. The ACT clutch is engineered to handle the additional torque that E-Torque engines make. Our flywheels have a 60-2 tooth pattern for use as a crank trigger for more accurate timing. We also offer a custom bracket to hold a crank position sensor.
